3:55pm – Special Bagpipe performance, Utah Pipes and Drums

4:00pm – MC introductions and welcome 

4:02pm – National Anthem of France – All-American Band,  followed by The United States National Anthem, D-Day Massed Bands and Choir, Colonel Timothy Holtan conducting

4:08pm – Scott Desjardin, Superintendent of the Normandy American Cemetery welcome 

4:10pm – Student speaker – Cadet LTC Kaye Marie Alvarez ‘25 - Waimea High School JROTC

4:15pm – WWII Veterans Speaker -

4:20pm – Wreath laying ceremony, JROTC – place wreathes 

Cadets – Mass Bands and Choir,   Perform Hymn To the Fallen, by John Willliams, conducted by Colonel Timothy Holtan,

4:25pm - Amazing Grace – Chicago Police Pipes and Drums

4:30pm – Taps, arranged by Roger Ballenger– All-American Band, Col Timothy Holtan

4:37pm – VIP speaker, Jack London, WWII Author

4:42pm – Collegiate Mass Band/Jacksonville State University Band – joint performance

4:46pm - Joel Biggs - History Maker medal presentation

4:55pm – Special Performance, Choral performance Men’s choirs combined-Herold’s of Harmony/Atlanta Sound/Sound of Tennessee and Masters of Harmony

5:00pm – Concluding remarks
