Student Application Form

Please complete the application form below if you would like to be considered for the All-American D-Day Band & Chorus. This form will only be accepted if we have already received a nomination form from your band or choir director.

The student bears the responsibility of making sure the application is submitted.
​

Once a nomination from your director is received, an invitation to complete the Student Application will be sent to the student by our staff. Upon receipt of the application, each nominee will be carefully evaluated by the selection committee. A maximum of 250 finalists will be selected. Finalists will be notified by the committee, at which time they will be required to submit an audition video, return the letter of commitment* for final review by the committee. Instructions for the video audition, letter and applications will be supplied in the Finalist's notification information packet.

Those selected to the band, and any designated alternates, will be notified.
